The Challenge

You sold the work. You delivered it. And now it is 60 days later, the invoice has not been paid, and no one is sure why. Some invoices went out late because a project manager forgot to close the billable time. Some went out with errors and the customer quietly set them aside. Collection calls are awkward, so they do not happen on a cadence. The CFO is not reviewing aging weekly. Sales thinks collections is finance's job. Finance thinks it is the account manager's job. DSO has drifted from 38 days to 54 days over the last year and no one has named it out loud.

Then we install the discipline that keeps the cycle tight. A standing weekly aging review with named owners per customer. A collections cadence that escalates predictably based on days past due. A billing process that catches errors before invoices go out. Revenue recognition policy documented so close does not get held up by judgment calls every month. Sales, finance, and account management operating from the same dashboard instead of three different versions of what is owed.

Month-to-month with 30-day notice during implementation.
